Also, occupying office space is Danfoss, a leader in research, development and production of mechanical and electronic components for industry. February, 2000 brought the addition of Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc., Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. and MRA Property Management, Inc. to the first unit.
