Letter to prospective Residents
It is with great pleasure that we announce our leasing office will open on Wednesday, May 19th at 9:00 A.M. At this time Park View at Box Hill will begin accepting all applications on a first come, first serve basis. This is done based on the date and time the application is received. If you must mail your application, please make sure it is postmarked May 19th or later.
I encourage you to submit your application in person as you will be able to reserve a specific apartment at that time, Please note that your reservation is contingent upon your meeting all of the resident selection criteria attached. At this time you will not be able to tour the building as it is currently under construction. All apartment selections will be made based on the floor plans displayed in the leasing office.
In order to submit your application you will need to bring the following items with you:
1 . A completed application (if you do not have one, please contact me and I will send you one immediately)
2. A valid driver's license, state photo identification card or a birth certificate
3 . Two separate checks payable to Park View at Box Hill
The first check is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. The second check is a $250 security deposit which will not be deposited until you take possession of the apartment.
After May 19th, our regular office hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.,until 4:00 p.m.

In order for your application to be approved all applicants must meet all of the following qualifications:
1 . 62 years of age or older
2. Favorable rental history
3. Favorable credit history
4. Minimum annual income of $7,500
5. Maximum annual income for one occupant - $25,320*
Maximum annual income for two occupants - $28,920*
All apartment reservations are contingent upon the application approval process. Please do not finalize any moving plans until you receive written notification that your application has been approved.
Annual income includes items such as wages, social security benefits, pensions, interest income and investment income.
