BOX HILL SOUTH HOA NOTICE

THE COMMUNITY YARD & CRAFT SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR:

 

SATURDAY - APRIL 16, 2005

RAIN DATE - APRIL 17, 2005

This notice will also be advertised on the website (www.bhshoa.com). An advertisement will appear in the Aegis on Wednesday, April 13, 2005.

THE COMMUNITY DUMPSTER WEEKEND IS SCHEDULED FOR:

 

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

APRIL 23 & 24, 2005

The dumpsters will be removed Monday morning, April 25, 2005. There will be three (3) dumpsters in the single-family home area and six (6) in the townhome area. Every homeowner is encouraged to take advantage of these dumpsters by cleaning up common areas as well as their private property. The property values of the homes in the community directly correlate with the appearance of the neighborhood.

Remember: The dumpsters are for the sole use of Box Hill South Residents ONLY !!!

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INCLUDING TIRES, BATTERIES, ASBESTOS, OIL, OR PAINT, ETC. ARE TO BE PLACED IN THESE DUMPSTERS. IN ADDITION, NO CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS IS PERMITTED.
