Everything you ever wanted to know about Box Hill South Homeowner's Association is

www.bhshoa.com for all the scoop. It will give you the history, breaking news, calendar of
events, and even forms for architectural requests. You can even read the minutes of the previous
month's board minutes. The Box Hill South Web Page is a good way to stay informed about
your community.

ARCHITECTURAL REQUESTS

And... with Spring here, don't forget that any architectural changes or notifications to the
exterior of your home need to be approved before completion of the project. If you don't have a
computer, just call Sallie W. Foster, Property Manager at Trenton Property Services, Inc. at 410-
879-8333 and she will mail an application to you. Please get your application in early when
planning a project. The board only meets once a month to discuss and approve them.
Don't forget that many projects REQUIRE a permit from Harford County. If you're building:

Patio

Deck

Pool

Dwelling

Porch

Fence

Shed

Garage

you will need to get a permit! Call Planning & Zoning Department at 410-638-3103. You will
need to bring with you: 3 site plans, 2 construction plans, along with authorization from the
property owner.
