Treasurer's Report
The major expense for the month of November/December was the deposit for the playground in the amount of $20,000. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of all three (3) tot-lots. This balance will be just under $20,000 because the board was awarded a small discount in the price due to the size of the order and the payment plan.
Manager's Report
Sallie reviewed her manager's report. The main topic on the Action Items was the invoice for the snow event on December 11, 2002. Many board members expressed displeasure with the way the courts were plowed. Sallie to contact Kurt at Tri-County Unlimited and tell him that the snow is actually being plowed "towards" the rear of the cars. This makes it very difficult for all homeowners to exit their parking spaces. In addition, the curves or turns even have more snow piling up - - due to the way the blade on the snow plow is turned. This needs to be rectified for all future snow events. It appears that this will be a bad winter for snow and everyone needs to have better access to their parking spaces.
Review of "Revised" Rules & Regulations
A copy of the previous Rules & Regulations were completed and revised. Sallie to make the corrections on the computer and send to the board for their final review.
