Meeting at Tom Pearson's home. Quorum present. Start at 7:32pm.

Present: Rob Furlong, Dave Riggin, Dave Hastings, John Munno, Al Peisinger, and Tom Pearson.

Jeff Tolley from Hajek and associates was moved to next month due to Sallie's absence. A discussion regarding our tax situation occurred. Al suggested that we look into a not-for-profit tax specialist if Hajek and Associates is not. The board also discussed putting our audit out for bid next year.

Minutes. Corrections: remove "Architectural Chairman" next to Dave Riggin; yard sale is to be one week before the dumpster weekend so that residents can throw away things they did not sell; the radios were $29.99; please note that the sign to be ordered is a "No Soliciting" sign. Benhoff needs to come back and finalize work on Deep Well and Stone Eagle courts.

A discussion regarding delinquencies occurred. A question regarding the ability to write-off past due accounts (those that HUD took over, bankruptcies, etc.).

Tree Frog court repairs. Many felt that the bid would not take care of the problem because there was not a drain for the water to go into. It is also felt that Ivy Hill may not be the best contractor. A concern was voiced because the board was under the impression that Gardner Engineering was coming out to give an opinion prior to a full bid.

Dumpster weekend. We were told $250 per dumpster and the bill is for $275, thus a charge of $175 more than budgeted.

Yard sale signs. Board to ask Sallie to get bids on "Box Hill South Community Yard Sale" signs to replace those stolen.

Trash collection. A discussion regarding the merits of BFI and HSS took place.

Budget discussed and approved. TH set at $39, SF at $20. Motion made by Dave H. and seconded by John.

Board Elections: Tom motioned for Rob to remain as President, seconded by John. Tom motioned for Dave H. as vice president, seconded by Dave R.. Rob motioned for Tom as Treasurer, seconded by Dave H. All passed unanimously.
