Box Hill South Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

September 20, 2000

Rob Furlong, president of the association, called the meeting to order at 7:46 PM.

Present: Rob Furlong, John Munno, Tom Pearson, Sue Perouty, and Sallie W. Foster, property manager with TPSI.

Absent: Pat Rogers, Mike Wooten

The minutes of the August 16, 2000 meeting were read and approved.

Tom brought out the budget for 2001, which he had been working on. Rob Furlong stated that this was the earliest that the board ever started looking at a new one. Congratulations to Tom! More numbers will be crunched at the next board meeting on October 26, 2000.

Sallie went over the management report.

1. Sallie gave the guestimmates for the paving of Rock Creek Court and also Raccoon. Both these were from Benhoff paving.

2. Sallie went over the mosquito spraying offered by the State. It is now getting a little late in the season for mosquitoes.

3. Hot line has been disconnected.

4. Tot-lots were inspected, and a bid was given by one contactor to do some "sprucing up". The estimate was $6,000. The board asked Sallie to get another contractor out to the Tot-lot and have him inspect them and send report.

5. Sallie reported that refund checks came in from both the State and Federal.

6. Dave Hastings was sent a letter thanking him for his time on the board.

7. Architectural requests that were approved were:

a. Williams

400 ALC

fence, shed

b. Gardner

3355 DWC

concrete patio

Sallie reported that there was a CD coming up for renewal. It is for $37,107.70. Sallie was instructed to close out CD and have check cut to BHSHOA and put in checking account for when the association has to pay the $35,000 invoice to Benhoff for the HBC paving.

Sue Perouty asked that bulbs be planted along with the pansies so there would be some spring color blooming also. Sallie to get price and get with Bob Ward.

It was reported that 3234 SOC are new renters. They have trashcans and bicycles in their front yard.

Sue Perouty stated that there are 2 dogs at 3416 Winter Moss Court and that the dogs charged her when they saw her walking around back of the units. Sallie instructed to send letter.

Sallie also instructed to get a Fall Newsletter out. It should include the following:
