Playground - the company was going to go out and fix it this week - but when they re-inspected it the road was closed. It will now have to wait until Laurel Valley Drive opens back up.

Snow Bid 2003-04 - sent by Tri-County Unlimited. Prices have not changed.

Grass Cut - at 3113 HRT and account charged $25.

Ivy Hill - removed large branch from tree that was in common area.

Sent approval to Benhoff regarding the storm drains and inlets. They are scheduling.

Sent approval to Gardner Engineering to pave Timberwolf Court. Will need to walk around with Joe Bittner to see what - if any - concrete sidewalks need to be redone.

Benhoff to inspect and send bid on 3200 SOC for continual water seepage.

Letter from 3333 Deep Well Court - water in back yard. That is one of the areas that will get reworked by Benhoff. She sent in pictures.

Hidden Ridge Terrace - received e-mail from homeowner about dogs. I replied that she should really call Harford County - and also to get me a specific address so I could send a letter also.

Dogs on Winter Moss Court - received complaint via e-mail. Sent 2 letters out to 3416 and 3406 WMC.

Homemade BBQ pit - made out of stone block - in rear of 3400 WMC. Received complaints. Sent letter.
