Absent: Pat Rogers and Sallie W. Foster, Property Manager who was out on medical leave.

Called to order at 7:45 PM by Tom Pearson, seconded by Rob Furlong.

The board decided to give John Munno, long-time BHS board member who just resigned from the board due to business relocation, a $50 gift card for the 2002 Community Service Award for his many years of participation and activity on the board.

Treasurer's Report - Joe Kowalski

Joe discussed the budget annual vs. monthly. $117,000 in reserve money has been spent in 2002 for various capital projects.

Manager's Report - Sallie W. Foster

No manager's report this month due to Sallie being out on medical leave.

Old & New Business

1. Discussion on Tot-Lots - the board has received one (1) uncommitted proposal from Little Tyc's (Creative Outdoor Design Co. Approximately $30,000 for the three (3) tot-lots. The board is still waiting for two (2) additional proposals. Decision to allocate approximately $35 to replace the Tot-Lots. This amount is in the budget to cover the cost of replacement. No vote taken as of yet.

2. Paving of Courts - Timberwolf & Tree Frog - Sallie will contact Benhoff to get estimates for the next two courts being paved in 2003.

3. Beautification of banks (landscaping swales) in the neighborhood - discussion made by Tamie to do work on the banks in disrepair. What could be done to beautify? Decision to take walk thru the neighborhood to determine which areas need the most help.

4. Parking - a decision was made to take a walking tour of the townhouse community Saturday, July 20th at 12 noon to determine where 'No Parking' signs should be placed.

5. BGE - three (3) street lights are out on Hidden Ridge Terrace. Rob Furlong contacted BGE concerning the lights and they would be out to replace them within 2-3 business days.
