There was an informal discussion of the board about a few of the items on the Manager's Report that Sallie had prepared.

1. Late fees - proxy still open. Tom will try to get another vote. Sallie to send him a blank form.

2. Tot-Lot Inspections - board asked Sallie to get prices of completely replacing individual tot-lots.

3. Parking - Split Oak Court. Board agreed to exchange the free space with Dorothy Beeker's space. Sallie to write letter to lawyer and to send out new parking plan to neighbors.

4. Sallie to have parking spaces stenciled with new plan (2 spaces).

5. Zeynep Hall of 3107 - complained about wind chime - nothing board can do.

6. Edie Wagner's place - not everyone looked at it. Will be discussed at next meeting
