There was a short board meeting immediately after the Semi-Annual Meeting.

Gardner Engineering was discussed to be the project manager for the repaving of SEC. Motion made by Tom Pearson, seconded by Pat Rogers, and unanimously agreed upon.

A copy of the dumpster bill for the spring clean-up was handed out to every for their review.

The snow insurance quote was handed out. Everyone was to review it and discuss it at the next meeting.

The correspondence letters were reviewed, as were the architectural approval letters that were sent out.
