Rob Furlong, President of the association called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM.

Absent: Sue Perouty, Pat Rogers
Sallie went over the manager's report.
Benhoff is still working on the prices for Rock Creek Court and Raccoon Court.
The dumpster weekend is this coming weekend (April 28th & 29th).
Giant Foods would be happy to send a representative to the Semi-Annual meeting if the date agrees with their schedule. Same for Mr. William Harrison, president of Trenton Property Services.
Complaint sent in about some junk in the wooded area between Stone Eagle Ct. and Stone Trail Drive. Sallie to have it cleaned out.
Sallie also reported that the spring "duck" at the tot-lot across from Thornapple Court is broken off. She has ordered a new spring animal and will have it installed.
Letters sent out to 3218 Split Oak Court about portable basketball hoop asking them to abide by some rules. Sent letter to 3256 Split Oak Court about parking BGE van in overflow and no on curb as it restricts view and also restricts cars from getting out of their parking spaces.
Sallie received two (2) architectural requests in the office the same day of the meeting. The board approved both:
Gary Inners 3425 Tree Frog Court Add shutters on 2nd floor (burgundy); paint front door same shade burgundy, replace existing storm door with new full-view storm door, and install fence. ALL APPROVED
Stacey Heymann 3338 Raccoon Ct. Full-view storm door; shutters to match color of front door, shed (6 x 6) in rear yard, wood platform deck under existing deck (will be same size as existing deck). ALL APPROVED
The board discussed the recent Craft Sale and decided that next year they would only have it one (1) day - on Saturday, with a rain date of Sunday. There just didn't seem to be much participation on Sunday as there was on Saturday.
Tom Pearson, who put out all the signs for the craft sale also requested that Sallie get three (3) more signs for next year.
The May meeting will be the Semi-Annual Meeting and will take place on Thursday, May 17, 2001 at the Abingdon Fire Hall. It will start at 7:30 PM. Sallie to send out notices to everyone.
The letter of T. Sondhi was discussed. It was decided that the letter and account should go directly to Mike Mannes for him to handle.
The collection policy was discussed. Sallie to call Mike and get info on new law that was passed regarding HOA's and late fees.
Tom showed the board his "presentation" for the Semi-Annual Meeting. It was fantastic. Many compliments to Tom for such a great job. Sallie to get some information for Tom for the meeting regarding the delinquencies collected so far for 2001.
Rob also wanted to discuss the fact that Sallie has not been getting the information to the board members in a timely manner. Sallie said that she would "shape-up".
Since Mike Wooten resigned at the last meeting, the board is in need of another board member. Rob Furlong motioned to nominate Julie Hans of 3250 Split Oak Court to the board. Motion seconded by John Munno and approved unanimously. Sallie to send congratulations letter to Julie.
