Rob Furlong, President of the board at 7:40 PM, called the meeting to order.
Present: Rob Furlong, Tom Pearson, Pat Rogers, Mike Wooten, Sue Perouty and Sallie W. Foster with TPSI.
Absent: John Munno, Elizabeth Ewen
Visitor: Julie Hans, 3250 Split Oak Court
Tom Pearson went through the numerous delinquencies. Sallie stated that she had sent out follow-up letter to people who kept paying for just the prior month and never got current. Just trying to get more current.
Sallie went through the manger's report.
Sallie still working on getting BHN fees, etc. from that community.
Sallie spoke with Benhoff Paving and they informed her that the best way to find out about the specs for the other streets being up to county code for turning them over would be for Sallie to meet with the County. Sallie set up meeting.
Benhoff working on prices for courts.
Sallie did tow 2 cars this past month and had a mattress hauled away from the common ground, along with calling in some BGE lights. Regular maintenance work.
A complaint was received about 3218 SOC having a basketball hoop - board discussed it. They can keep it if they store behind home, don't put near cars when playing, and only play 9 AM to 9 PM. Sallie to write owners.
Complaint about 3256 SOC - man has a BGE van and parks along the curb. It limits vision of cars trying to back out - along with restricted space for backing out. Sallie to write letter to owner.
Received a couple new architectural requests. Board approved:
King 3245 SEC landscaping
Spidell 3351 DWC fence
Bermeis 3111 Deer Creek Dr. lower deck, new railing, above grnd. pool & retractable awning.
Mike Wooten resigned as board member. He is moving our of the community and will not be able to serve the remainder of his term. Julie Hans expressed an interest in possibly becoming a board member.
Sallie asked to send out general notice to everyone on Split Oak Court. Reports that it is really getting junked up with kids toys, trashcans, etc. Sallie to do.
In addition, Sallie to work on the following:
1. RCC - estimate from Benhoff. Also look for deteriorated concrete.
2. Gardner - call and ask if he would extend his contract for the same price.
3. 3109 HRT - have him clean up after dog.
4. Powerwash timbers on tot lot by Tree Frog Court.
5. Snow insurance quotes
6. No soliciting signs
