Meeting Minutes
February 26, 2005
Sue Perouty, President of Box Hill South Homeowners Association called the meeting to order at 7:10pm
Present: Sue Perouty, Sally Raphel, Frank German, Rob Furlong, Tom Pearson and Sallie Foster, TPSI
Absent: Jennifer Berquist, Barbara Fisher
Guest Homeowner - Mr. McKorckle 3203 Stone Eagle Court was concerned since he was denied approval on his architectural design. His concern was that even though he did not get approval for the house signing change, it is an improvement to the home. After discussion it was still decided the new color did not coordinate with any other home in his court, therefore the denial still stands.
Guest Speaker: Mr. Doug Henkin, Insurance Agent from CAI. Educated the board on the current Home Owner Associations insurance.
Minutes:
The minutes of the January 2005 meeting were reviewed. Motion to approve minutes made by Rob and seconded by Sue.
New Business:
Sally Raphel will be attending the Harford County Council meeting on 3/1/05 to discuss the Days Cove Reclamation plans. The council will be making a final decision on the matter. This matter was discussed at an earlier meeting but it was decided that Days Cove had not contacted enough homeowners in the surrounding communities for the Harford County Council to make a fair decision. The board will send out fliers to the homes to let them know of the upcoming meeting.
