OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Pursuant to Article III, Section 3 of the By-laws for Box Hill South Homeowners Association and the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held as follows:

TO: ALL RESIDENTS OF BOX HILL SOUTH

RE: CALL FOR NOMINATIONS - BOARD ELECTION 2005

The Box Hill South Homeowners Association hereby makes a call for nominations for candidates to run for three (3) seats on the Board of Directors. Tom Pearson and Sue Perouty are the only incumbents running for reelection to the Board of Directors. In addition, there is one (1) seat available and this nominee should represent the townhomes.

If you would like to nominate yourself, or another homeowner, you must do so in writing to this office. Enclosed is a "Prospective Board Member Resume" form, which will need to be completed and returned to my office at TPSI. All candidates nominated will be asked to stand and introduce themselves at the Annual Meeting and give the other homeowners an overview of their qualifications.

All nominations must be received on or before the close of business on Friday, November 5, 2004, in order to be included on the written ballot, which will be distributed at the Annual Meeting. Nominations will also be taken from the floor the night of the meeting.
