RE: BUDGET AND NEW FEES FOR 2004
An election of Board members was held at the Annual Meeting for Box Hill South HOA on November 5, 2003. The following individuals represent the Board of Directors for the year 2004.

The Approved Budget for 2004 is enclosed. Again, the budget will account for non-payment of association fees -or in other words -delinquent accounts. This is very similar to the automobile ~insurance industry's cost for "uninsured motorists". This means that all homeowners will incur more expense to cover the cost of doing business. In addition to allocating money to compensate for delinquent accounts, there have also been increases in other categories. Insurance and trash removal were the categories with the largest increases.
The Board would like to inform all owners that they are aggressively attempting to collect the monies owed the community through an attorney. Many properties have had liens placed on them. The Board is using and will continue to use all means available in order to reduce the delinquent accounts.
Therefore, the new fees for 2004 are:
Single Family Homes $ 23.00/month
Town Homes $ 45.00/month
All fees are due the 1st of every month. It is necessary that the fees be received in a timely manner so the association can pay their monthly bills promptly. Homeowners should receive their new coupon books by January, however sometimes it takes a little longer at the printer than we would like. The coupon books are mailed to each homeowner directly from the printing company. Please mail your January payment in to Trenton Property Services even if you do not have your new coupon book -just make sure that your Box Hill South home address is on the check.
The monthly Board meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of every month* at Trenton Property Services office in the boardroom. The office is located at 126 S. Main Street in Bel Air, Maryland on the 2nd floor. If you would like to attend any of the Board meetings, please call Sallie W. Foster, Property Manager, and let her know. She will be happy to make seating arrangements for any visitors.
As the holiday season approaches, the Board extends a very special "Happy Holiday Season" to each and every homeowner.
