• Advertisement banners will be automatically displayed. We will not display indecent banners or any banner that may be offensive to our general audience.
• Box Hill South HOA makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the chat service and specifically makes no warranty that said products shall be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Furthermore, any description of said products shall not be deemed to create an express warranty that such products shall conform to the description. The exhibition of any sample or model shall not be regarded as part of the basis of this agreement and shall not create an express warranty that the whole of the products provided hereunder shall conform to the sample or model.
• Box Hill South HOA cannot and does not take responsibility for activities conducted in chat rooms using our products including Box Hill South HOA and third party chat rooms.
• Receiver assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, claims or expense resulting from use, possession or resale of any software products furnished by Box Hill South HOA pursuant to the use of this service
• Receiver agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Box Hill South HOA, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or by reason of receivers' use, possession or resale with respect to any of the software services supplied by Box Hill South HOA pursuant to this agreement, and such obligation shall survive acceptance of said products therefore by receiver.
• Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Box Hill South HOA may ban individual or site use of this chat room if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
